Experience Required - 5+ Years
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills- Strong hands-on experience with Service Now ATF.
- Proficiency in Playwright (JavaScript).
- Skilled in Cucumber BDD or alternative.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Hands-on experience with Service Now’s Automated Test Framework (ATF), Playwright, Git Hub Actions, and know how to motivate those around you to produce the most reliable applications they can. The quality of the product is your highest priority, and you should be able to drive, coach, and demonstrate excellent engineering practice.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement automated test cases for Service Now GRC modules using ATF and Playwright.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and test suites.
- Perform regression, functional, and integration testing.
- Monitor test execution, analyse results, and report defects with detailed documentation.
- Ensure test coverage and traceability for all module features and configurations.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practice.
- Provide support for UAT and production validation as needed.
