Senior SDET – Citizen/Green Card Required, LOCALS Only

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Contract: 6–12 months

Hands‑on Java + Selenium test automation senior engineer with at least 8 years of experience. Must be a U.S. citizen or hold a green card and be a local resident.

• Lead the design and implementation of automation frameworks for UI, API, and non‑UI applications.
• Integrate test automation into the CI pipeline using Jenkins, SVN/Git, and HP ALM/JIRA.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium, Java, TestNG/JUnit, and Cucumber.
• Advocate best practices and anti‑patterns in test automation across the team.
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior automation engineers.

• ≥ 8 years of overall software testing experience, with ≥ 6 years focused on Selenium + Java.
• Strong experience with tool chain integration (SVN/Git → Jenkins → Test Runners → HP ALM & JIRA).
• Proficient in core Java packages and design patterns for automation.
• Experience building frameworks for JMS, web services, and transaction processing.
• Skilled in TestNG or JUnit; experience with Jenkins for CI.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Cucumber knowledge is a plus; experience with QTP/UFT, Robot is also a plus.
• Ability to design and implement unit, integration, UI, and API test automation suites.
