Sr. Developer – Onsite in Phoenix, AZ (CTS)

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with 7–10 years of experience in Java and Big Data. Must demonstrate provable proficiency in Go programming, strong analytical and organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. Knowledge in Java or Python is recommended. Portfolio of work with examples that showcase technical skill is required. Max rate: $65.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions, perform code reviews, and ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide technical guidance to junior developers, and stay updated with industry trends.
• Design, develop, and maintain the backend platform based on Go.
• Perform testing and coding to meet business requirements for both mobile and web applications.
• Write specifications for highly technical features.
• Research and develop the latest technologies for the team.
• Collaborate with other technical staff to deliver and maintain fully functional software implementations.
• Maintain code repositories via Git Hub and internal server storage modules; implement feedback and changes whenever possible.
• Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.
• Design system solutions, develop custom applications, and modify existing applications to meet distinct and changing business requirements.
• Handle coding, debugging, and documentation while working closely with the SRE team.
• Provide post‑implementation and ongoing production support.
• Develop and design software applications translating user needs into system architecture.
• Assess and validate application performance.

• Experience:
  
  7–10 years as a Senior Developer.
• Proficiency:
  Go programming;
  Java and Python (recommended).
• Strong analytical, time‑management, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Go templating and common frameworks and tools.
• Experience working with a team and exploring new technologies.
