Lead MERN Stack Developer (Software Engineer)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite-Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience- 12+ years’ experience in the IT industry; demonstrable experience with enterprise scale applications/projects on a similar technology stack.
- Proven experience as a MERN Senior Developer or equivalent.
- Expertise in React.js, Node.js, Mongo
DB, NestJS. - Experience with RESTful APIs and third‑party API integrations.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of front‑end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth).
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, reusable and well‑documented code.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Adaptability within an informal rapid‑innovation environment.
