About Cplc Arizona's Trauma Recovery Center Grant

CPLC is proud to have been awarded a grant from the Arizona Department of Health Services to pilot one of the first Trauma Recovery Centers in the state of Arizona! The Trauma Recovery Center desayuno recent victims of violent crime, including survivors of physical assault, sexual assault, gunshot wounds, stabbings, domestic violence and human trafficking. Clinical services are short‑term and trauma‑informed, providing individual and group psychotherapy as well as comprehensive clinical case management.

Our team is fully bilingual Spanish/English speaking.

Hybrid Remote

The team works hybrid remotely, from home, office, and the field. Services are provided through both telehealth and in‑person services. Candidates must be willing and available to work in the office and field as required, during office hours.

How Will You Make an Impact?
  • Lead client assessments and develop individualized service plans to identify needs and connect clients to essential resources, including financial entitlements, housing, and legal assistance (such as U‑Visas and asylum evaluations).
  • Provide hands‑on advocacy and support, serving as a liaison with law enforcement, the District Attorney’s Office, and community agencies to help clients navigate reporting, restraining orders, and other legal processes.
  • Conduct home and community sống visits for outreach and follow‑up, ensuring continuity of care for clients who cannot attend scheduled appointments.
  • Coordinate and participate in education and outreach activities to raise awareness of services and strengthen partnerships with community organizations, expanding access for victims of violent crime.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with HIPAA and agency standards while delivering culturally competent, client‑centered care in collaboration with clinicians and interdisciplinary teams.

  • You have the skills. Your skills in navigating resources, linking clients to services, and networking with partner agencies and organizations are an asset to the team.
  • You are inclusive and community‑oriented. You always show awareness and sensitivity to cultural details and community practices of low‑income and at‑risk families, including Spanish‑speaking clients.
  • You LOVE documentation! Ok, maybe you don’t LOVE it, but you are great at getting notes in on time, following‑up, communicating, meeting deadlines, managing your case load, and complying with HIPAA.
  • You enjoy being out in the community. Meeting clients, potential clients and community partners is energizing. You know this work can’t get done by sitting behind a computer, and you are ready to go!
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with 3 to 5 years of experience providing Case Management services.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Human Services, or related field and equivalent experience.
  • Experience with in the domestic violence and/or sexual assault field preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and be able to be insured under the automobile insurance policy.
  • Able to obtain fingerprint clearance card, CPR and First Aid certificates.
Other Requirements
  • Able to work a flexible schedule as needed per program requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
