DescriptionLloyd Baker Injury Attorneys is seeking a compassionate, persuasive, and professional Intake Specialist to join our firm.
As the first point of contact for potential clients, you’ll play a vital role in listening to their stories, showing genuine empathy, and helping them take the first step toward justice.
This position combines client care with sales acumen — ensuring that every call is handled with warmth, professionalism, and a sense of purpose.

Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls and respond to online inquiries from potential new clients
- Listen with empathy, assess case eligibility, and explain the intake process clearly
- Convert qualified leads into signed clients using professional communication and follow-up skills
- Gather detailed information about potential clients and document all interactions accurately
- Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to ensure seamless handoff of new cases
- Maintain an upbeat, compassionate, and client-focused demeanor at all times
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or legal intake (personal injury experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence
- A naturally empathetic and persuasive personality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
- Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping people during difficult times
$20 - $30 per hour plus bonus DOE
