• 2+ Years of Residential Experience
• Technical Proficiency – braze with nitrogen, low‑voltage wiring, 500‑micron vacuum
• Ductwork Skills – plenums, transitions, sealing for home performance
• Lead Mindset – prep tools and parts ahead of the Lead Installer
• Clean Professionalism – valid driver’s license, clean background, professional communication with homeowners

• Assist in the installation of high‑efficiency split systems, mini‑splits, and package units
• Ensure every install meets our “Mechanical Art” standards – clean lines, level pads, organized wiring
• Work with the team to perform duct renovations and insulation upgrades when necessary
• Maintain a high‑functioning, organized install worksite
