Parker & Sons is currently seeking PEAK Technicians (Start-up) & Warranty Service Technicians to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.

• 3+ years of experience
• Pay $35-$50/hr including bonus and commissions
• Excellent customer service skills

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance, performing quality checks, airflow analysis, duct evaluation and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
• EPA Certification is a MUST
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and manuels
• Attention to detail
• Experience with Service Titan a plus!
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently
• Pass a background check & drug screen with a clean MVR
• Be over 21 years of age
