• Assist in the remediation and restoration of properties impacted by water, fire, or mold.
• Operate drying equipment, containment systems, and perform controlled demolition as directed.
• Document all work activities accurately for project records and reporting.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with Lead Technicians and Field Supervisors to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress and needs.

• Prior experience in water mitigation, mold remediation, or related restoration services preferred.
• Ability to operate restoration equipment and perform physical tasks in various environments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy objects.

Salary Description $20 - $28 an hour
