Drain Technician or Senior Drain Tech

High-Skill Drains + Light Plumbing (Water Heaters, Fresh Water)

We’re looking for a proven Drain Tech (or Senior Tech) who takes pride in clean diagnostics, clear communication, and doing the job right. You’ll run drain calls end-to-end and also have the ability to handle light fresh-water work like water heaters and select plumbing repairs.

• Mix of drains, sewer diagnostics, and fresh-water jobs

• Diagnose and clear drain and sewer issues
  • Snakes, jetters, sewer cameras
• Identify root causes and explain options clearly
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Handle light fresh-water plumbing work
  • Water heaters
  • Minor repairs and replacements
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and tools
• Deliver a professional, confidence-building customer experience

• Solid drain experience required
  • Snaking, jetting, camera inspections
• Fresh-water or water heater experience preferred (not required)
• Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills
• Customer-first communicator
• Physically capable (up to 75 lbs)
• Valid driver’s license, clean record
• Team player who wants to grow, not coast
