This is a full-time remote role for a Ford Warranty Mobile Technician. The role includes performing vehicle maintenance and repair tasks to meet Ford warranty requirements, troubleshooting and diagnosing vehicle issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and delivering high-quality service to customers. The technician will also provide guidance and support by training customers on vehicle care protocols and maintenance strategies, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with Ford standards.

• Customer Service skills to engage with customers professionally and provide a positive experience
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair skills, including expertise in vehicle servicing and repair techniques
• The ability to effectively troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and performance issues
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance to ensure long-lasting vehicle performance
• Training capabilities to educate others on vehicle maintenance and operational procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Relevant certifications or training in automotive service and repair
• Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record, and willingness to travel as needed
