We’re looking for motivated Cable Technicians to join a team supporting data center infrastructure projects. If you enjoy hands-on work, working with structured cabling systems, and being part of a growing team, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Install and assemble cable trays, ladder racks, basket trays, conduits, and J-hooks
  • Measure, cut, and mount supports to walls, ceilings, and racks for cable containment systems
  • Ensure proper cable management and adherence to bend radius and safety standards
  • Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work orders
  • Assist with structured cabling projects in commercial and data center environments
  • Lift, stage, and install materials safely using hand and power tools
  • Work alongside field technicians to support network build-outs and maintenance
What We’re Looking For
  • 1-3 years of experience in cable tray, containment, or structured cabling installation is a plus
  • Comfortable working in data center or commercial environments
  • Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and follow detailed instructions
  • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and reliability
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Drug Screen and Background Check (7 years – no felonies/misdemeanors)
  • Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
  • Comfortable working at heights up to 20ft
  • Detail oriented with the ability to safely work around sensitive equipment
  • Ability to safely work up to 10’ on a step ladder
  • Be able to work autonomously and as well as with a team
  • Professionalism, as this work will be completed in very critical/secure environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in data center or enterprise environments
  • Basic understanding of network cabling (fiber, copper, or coax)
  • Familiarity with cable management standards and OSHA safety practices
