Scaffold Builder - LeadmanThis person will supervise the construction, assembly, maintenance, and dismantling of tubular scaffolding or other temporary structures. Other duties may be assigned.
Specific Duties And Responsibilities- Work at heights with no fear.
- Determine the type of scaffold needed and properly instruct how to install.
- Oversee the transport of tubular scaffold or other structural material and erect the scaffold as instructed by the scaffold builder.
- Hoist scaffolding materials upward to erect a temporary structure.
- Properly secure and level locking sections of scaffolding material.
- Properly secure scaffold to the permanent structure for added stability.
- Adhere to all OSHA, site‑specific, and Austin Industrial requirements for erecting and navigating the scaffolding.
- Supervise the dismantling of scaffolding when properly communicated to do so.
- Inspect and properly stow scaffolding material after dismantling.
- Perform final inspection of completed scaffolding.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required For This Position
Education – no minimum education requirements.
Experience – 4 years of Journeyman‑level experience.
Must pass drug screen and background check, as a condition of employment.
