Sandblaster

Location: Phoenix Metro Area
Pay: Competitive - Based on Experience
Schedule: Full-Time / Project-Based

We are seeking an experienced Sandblaster to join our team for ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with abrasive blasting and surface preparation in industrial or construction environments.

Responsibilities:

Perform sandblasting/abrasive blasting on steel, concrete, and other surfaces

Prepare surfaces for coating, painting, or finishing

Safely operate blasting equipment, compressors, and related tools

Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and containment requirements

Maintain clean and organized work areas

Work efficiently to meet project timelines

Requirements:

Prior sandblasting or abrasive blasting experience required

Knowledge of surface prep standards

Ability to wear full PPE and respirators

Reliable transportation and punctuality

Ability to work outdoors and in industrial environments
