ICF Laborers (Insulated Concrete Form Construction)

Are you experienced in concrete construction? Looking to grow your skills in one of the fastest-growing building methods in the industry? Join our team as an ICF Laborer and help build stronger, more energy-efficient structures.

As a concrete laborer, you will assist in the installation of insulated concrete form (ICF) systems for residential and commercial projects. This is a hands-on, physically active position ideal for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship and being part of a high-performing crew.

• Assemble and stack ICF blocks
• Install bracing systems and reinforcement (rebar)
• Assist with concrete placement and finishing
• Measure, cut, and fit materials as required
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions

• Construction experience preferred (concrete experience is an asset)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Starting pay at $20/hour + overtime , with higher pay based on experience
