Number of hires for this role: 2 to 4

Looking for handyman type, jack of all trades, construction, warranty work, property management experience on RESIDENTIAL HOMES. Tenant Occupied and Unoccupied homes. MUST BE EXCELLENT AT DRYWALL AND PAINTING as well as know-how to install trim and general Handyman work.

MUST KNOW HOW TO DO DRYWALL PATCHES, MATCHING TEXTURE. MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS.

You will operate under your own TAX  Insurance.

- Must have GL 1m/2M minimum.

Tenant Occupied Work: We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently and who is dedicated, honest, hardworking, trustworthy, clean, and neat, speaks fluent English doesn't mind working outside or inside, takes the initiative, self‑motivated, polite, high moral standards, and has the ability to provide service.

Must have the following tools to start:

• Smartphone
• 8 ft+ Tall Ladder
• Hand tools including hammer, tape measure, level, screwdrivers, pliers, wrench set, utility knife, flashlight, bucket, mud mixing tools, T square, framing square, caulk gun, trim puller, coping saw, keyhole saw, and angle gauge
• Power tools including drill, miter saw, air compressor, brad nail gun and shop vac
• Painting supplies, including rollers, covers, trays, brushes, and buckets
• Clean up supplies including broom, dustpan, sweeper, sponges, rags, paper towels, cleaning spray, dustpan, etc.

• On-Call - As volumes of work fluctuates

Schedule:

• On-Call - Normally, 1-3 business days notice to complete Work Orders.
• 7 days a week
• Handyman: 5 years (Preferred)

• English (Preferred as you will be required to talk with tenants)
