We are an established painting contractor in Phoenix, Arizona with 20 years of experience, seeking a motivated and career-minded individual to immediately join our team. As a lead journeymen painter, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of residential projects, both interior and exterior, mainly in the North Scottsdale and Paradise Valley areas.

Benefits
  • After a 90-day probationary period, enjoy 5 paid holidays and 3 days of paid time off (PTO).
  • After one year of employment, receive 1 week of paid vacation.
  • We offer competitive wages commensurate with experience and full-time, day-hour positions. This is a W-2 position.
Requirements
  • Strong interior and exterior residential painting background, preferably with experience in stucco housing.
  • Proficiency in spraying techniques is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of professionally trained painting experience and 5 years of manager/foreman experience.
  • Valid AZ driver's license with a clean DMV record.
  • Ability to pass a drug and background test.
  • Own a truck or van (having a ladder rack is a plus but not necessary), capable of transporting extension ladders, a pressure washer, sprayers, and other necessary tools.
Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all painting tasks.
  • Collaborate effectively with the crew to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure adherence to safety protocols as per OSHA requirements.
  • Prioritize project tasks and assign employees accordingly.
  • Create detailed material lists and procure necessary materials for job commencement.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and address their needs professionally.
  • Proficiently train crew members to ensure consistent quality work.
