What You'll Do?
  • Perform detailed duct diagnostics to identify airflow issues and system inefficiencies.
  • Evaluate HVAC and duct needs, applying a strong understanding of airflow dynamics and equipment performance.
  • Design accurate and effective duct layouts tailored to each residential project.
  • Develop and present homeowner solutions, including multiple pricing options and estimates.
  • Conduct on-site evaluations and document findings to support clear and transparent communication.
  • Coordinate material orders and ensure timely delivery for each project.
  • Collaborate with installation teams to confirm duct designs are implemented correctly and efficiently.
  • Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety requirements, and company quality expectations.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail to achieve reliable, long-term solutions for customers.
  • Ensuring work meets manufacturer specifications, local codes, and exceeds customer expectations.
  • Manage Team Meetings and Trainings.
  • Ensure a constant Feedback loop between Management and Field Staff.
  • Perform Air balances on home pre and post duct modifications.
  • Deescalate customer concerns and determine a solution.
  • Repair, modify, and install residential ductwork systems.
  • Perform system testing and startup procedures.
  • Clearly guide homeowners through completed installations, explaining work performed.
  • Manage customer concerns and determine solutions.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in excellent condition.
  • Complete detailed documentation and job report accurately and promptly.
  • Adhere strictly to company safety protocols, including proper PPE usage and job-site safety standards.
