Tool Crib Mechanical Technician

Overview

IMCOR is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a Tool Crib Maintenance Technician position. The Tool Crib Maintenance Technician will be a part of the Warehouse Team and will report to the Warehouse Manager.

• Issue tools and equipment to employees.
• Maintain record of tools and equipment issued/returned.
• Prepares periodic inventory and maintains perpetual inventory of tools and equipment.
• Inspect and test tools for defects and/or wear upon return to tool room.
• Performs minor repairs and preventative maintenance on tools.
• Prepare and pack tooling and equipment for onsite jobs (mobilize).
• Receive and unpack tools and equipment from onsite jobs along with clean, test, and service all items as required before returning to inventory (demobilize).
• Mark and identify tools and equipment.
• Maintain records.
• General housekeeping of tool crib area.
• Performs other related duties as required.

• Experience/Knowledge repairing electrical and pneumatic power tools is a plus
• Proficient knowledge of computer software programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of basic hand/power tools and their use in construction industry.
• Valid AZ driver’s license with good driving record
• Initiative to improve processes
• Applies common sense to problem solving
• Well organized
• Team player attitude internally and externally
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and/or one (1) month related experience and/or training.
