Optum Home Solutions is a well‑established home‑improvement company with over 39 years in business, specializing in window replacements and bath remodels designed for the Arizona climate.
Requirements- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a lead window installer
- Must provide own truck and trailer
- Ability to deliver high‑quality work, focusing on precision, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working as a W‑2 employee or as a captured subcontractor
- Must have excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 60 days of employment (for W‑2 employees)
