We are a growing residential HVAC company looking for a dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our team. We value quality workmanship, honest diagnostics, and excellent customer service.
Service Titan experience is preferred but not required
—training is provided.
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs efficiently
- Use a mobile dispatch system (Service Titan) to manage work orders and invoices
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and repair options
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked service vehicle
- Follow all company safety and quality standards
- 2+ years residential HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA 608 Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently in extreme heat
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Service Titan experience
- NATE certification
- Heat pump or mini-split experience
- Residential sales or system recommendation experience
- $2,000 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days of continuous, full-time employment
- Must be actively employed and in good standing at time of payout
- Bonus is forfeited if employment ends prior to 90 days
