CANDIDATEEXPERIENCE:
All applicants must have a great attitude and experience in the water/wastewater industry or heavy construction.
- New build and existing facilities
- All types of underground and above-ground pipe including flange and mechanical joint
- Trench shores & boxes
- Working in the street, with numerous utility crossings
- Process pipe, cut /thread, solder, solvent weld
- Setting plant equipment
- Placing form systems, rebar, and concrete
This position requires working on construction job sites in extreme temperatures. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and use hand tools associated with the construction industry. Specific vision abilities required include the ability to adjust and focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand for long periods, walk, sit, kneel, bend, reach with hands and arms, hear, and talk.
