- Direct and control the flow of traffic at construction sites, roadworks, and other areas requiring traffic management to ensure the safety of workers, pedestrians, and motorists.
- Clearly communicate with all team members and your supervisor. Complete and approve a daily work shift.
- Perform traffic control and flagging activities in all weather conditions.
- Conduct other duties as assigned to you.
- Perform work for 10 to 14 hours a day. Be able to stand for long periods at a time on your feet.
- Must be able to wear all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Be able to adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Follow all safety guidelines and policies.
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
- Previous experience safely operating company trucks and vans but not required
- Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Pass a background check
- Must pass a drug screen
- Previous flagger certification

Physical abilities & exposures
Routinely:
Operate company vehicle with a camera, bend, stoop, stand, walk on pavement, sidewalks, uneven ground and gravel. Occasionally: use keyboard, mouse, iPad and a cellphone.
