About the Role:

We are hiring Junior Technicians to support a long-term Card Harvest project across the Phoenix Metro area and surrounding Arizona markets. This role is ideal for technicians with hands-on Central Office (CO) experience
.

Central Office experience is required.

• Perform Card Harvest activities in telecom Central Office environments
• Work with legacy telecom equipment and infrastructure
• Safely remove, label, and handle telecom hardware
• Follow site-specific safety and access protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation of completed work
• Collaborate with field teams and project leadership onsite

• Experience working in telecom, network, or data center environments
• Familiarity with basic hand tools used in CO environments
• Ability to work on-site and travel locally within Colorado
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions

Candidates must provide basic hand tools
, including but not limited to:

• Screwdrivers
• Cloves (gloves)
• Other standard telecom hand tools

Hourly Pay (based on experience):

• $32–$34/hr – With Central Office experience

Additional Compensation:

• $100/day hotel
