Join our team as a Full-Time Traveling Heavy Equipment Mechanic where every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth. You will work onsite, diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment while traveling to different job sites. The role offers competitive pay and a range of benefits.

Base pay range: $30.00/hr - $45.00/hr your hard work and dedication will be recognized and rewarded. All business travel is paid by the company and includes a daily per diem.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, inspect, and repair heavy equipment (e.g., Caterpillar, Komatsu) across diverse outdoor environments.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and contribute to reliable operation of equipment on construction projects.
• Collaborate with the team to meet project demands and maintain equipment uptime.
• Follow procedures and managerial directions with attention to detail.
• Travel on a regular rotation schedule as required.

• Comprehensive understanding of construction equipment maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, diesel, and gasoline systems.
• Experience in heavy equipment repairs and diagnostics; proficient with hydraulics and electrical systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Class A or B CDL license with a clean driving record (required).
• Ability to travel on a regular rotation schedule.

• Knowledge of construction equipment maintenance across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, diesel, and gasoline systems.
• Record keeping and documentation.
