As a Handyman, you’ll be the go-to expert for home maintenance and repairs in the Phoenix area. You’ll handle various tasks, from quick fixes to larger projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our customers. This role is perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and enjoys working independently.

- General Repairs – Handle painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
- One-Off Fixes – Replace light fixtures, mount TVs, and handle other member requests.
- Routine Maintenance – Ensure scheduled maintenance is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Inventory Management – Keep track of supplies and request materials when needed.
- Customer Service – Build strong relationships with homeowners by providing top-notch service and expert advice.
- Equipment Care – Maintain tools and equipment, following all safety protocols.

- 3+ years of experience in maintenance, home repairs, or construction.
- A valid driver’s license – Required to get to job sites.
- Basic drywall skills – Patch, mud, tape, texture and soundproof.
- Basic plumbing skills – Fix leaks, replace drain hoses, and install faucets.
- Basic carpentry & painting – Patch holes, paint, and install cabinet or door handles.
- Basic electrical skills – Replace switches, outlets, and light fixtures.
- Tech-savviness – Comfortable using a smartphone and software for job tracking.
- Strong communication skills – You’re great at keeping customers and team members in the loop.
- A professional, friendly attitude – You take pride in your work and show up ready to help.
- Physical ability – You can lift equipment, climb ladders, and work on your feet throughout the day.
