We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Foreman to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed with precision and efficiency. You will be the go-to expert for all HVAC-related matters, providing guidance and leadership to our crew members.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings, providing clear and concise instructions to crew members.
• Lead and supervise crews, fostering a positive and productive work environment. This includes training and mentoring crew members, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety protocols are being followed and work is progressing as planned.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients, providing expert advice on HVAC matters and assisting in the planning and design phase of projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues, implementing effective solutions that enhance system performance and longevity.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including work orders, purchase orders, and inventory records.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Foreman in the commercial construction industry.
• Proficiency in sheet metal fabrication and installation.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including their installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Proven ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate crews, ensuring high productivity levels are maintained.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members, project managers, engineers, and clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot HVAC-related issues and implement effective solutions.
• High level of physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Certification or diploma in HVAC or a related field from a recognized institution is preferred.
