Commercial Refrigeration Technician

As a Technician, you will provide expert installation, service, and maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems in commercial and industrial environments.

• Leading service projects and mentoring junior technicians.
• Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC/R equipment (walk-in coolers, freezers, display cases, RTUs, etc.).
• Performing and managing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting across customer sites.
• Communicating clearly with customers and team members to ensure quality service delivery.
• Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Maintaining accurate service documentation and reporting.

• Commercial HVAC/R experience (refrigeration strongly preferred), candidates with 5+ years may be considered
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools.
• EPA Universal Certification required for handling refrigerants (Type II or Universal).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various indoor/outdoor conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends, evenings, and on-call rotation).
