Key Responsibilities

* Lead and supervise commercial roofing crews (5-15+ workers)

* Run daily jobsite operations for re-roof, tear-off, and new construction

* Install and oversee TPO, PVC, BUR, foam, and metal roofing systems

* Read and execute blueprints, specs, and scopes of work

* Enforce OSHA safety standards and fall protection requirements

* Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety inspections

* Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents

* Track labor, materials, and progress (Raken, Procore, or similar)

* Train crew members on installation, safety, and tools

* Manage punch lists and support project closeout

What We're Looking For

* 5+ years of commercial roofing experience; 2+ years in a Foreman or Lead role.

* Proficiency in at least three commercial roofing systems: TPO, PVC, BUR, metal, or foam.

* Experience with flat and low-slope commercial roofing installations.

* Strong blueprint reading, layout, and jobsite coordination skills.

* OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

* Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work on commercial rooftops.

* Comfortable working at heights, on scaffolding, and in active construction environments.

* Willingness to work in varying weather conditions including heat, sun, and wind.
