We're Hiring:
Experienced Plumber

Location: Helotes, TX Area
Pay: Commission Based with unlimited pay potential.

Must Have: Plumbing experience and a Texas Board of Plumbing Examiners Tradesman or Journeyman License.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to identify and sell service options
• Experienced in selling water heaters and water softeners
• Own hand tools and valid driver's license
• Able to lift 80+ lbs and work in tight spaces

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and appliances
• Read blueprints and ensure code compliance
• Provide quotes and present service options to customers
• Complete all paperwork accurately and maintain clean work areas
• Ask for customer reviews and referrals

Skills & Traits:

• Proficient with Service Titan or similar CRM systems
• Technical competence and problem-solving ability
• Coachable, motivated, and team-oriented
• Sales skills with the ability to present multiple options

Schedule & Benefits:

• Full-time:
  Monday-Friday (40 hours/week)
