Superintendent (Security Install) | Up to $40/hr | 4x10 Schedule | Phoenix, AZ

Full-time | Contract-to-Hire | Data Center Environment

Join a national electrical contractor leading major data center builds across the U.S. This Superintendent role focuses on high-level security system installations and offers steady, long-term work with the opportunity to move into a regular full-time position after 90 days.

• Up to $40/hr, depending on experience
• 4x10 schedule with overtime and weekend flexibility
• Contract-to-hire after 90 days
• Large-scale data center project
• Work with a respected national electrical contractor

• Oversee installation and programming of access control, CCTV, CATV, and intrusion systems
• Lead and coordinate large-scale construction projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives
• Ensure all work meets engineering and manufacturer standards
• Test, troubleshoot, and document security systems accurately
• Maintain site safety and quality compliance at all times

• 8–10 years of experience in security system installation
• Strong leadership background in large commercial or industrial builds
• Data center project experience required (residential not accepted)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and blueprint interpretation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and in confined spaces
• High school diploma or GED required
• Honeywell Prowatch certification preferred
