Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $40 per hour
Schedule: 50% of the time in Phoenix + Traveling throughout the West Coast to customer locations

What You'll Do

• Provide diagnostic support for warranty and non-warranty machines, both on-site and remotely
• Install, troubleshoot, and repairmechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemson CNC machines
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematicsto guide repairs and upgrades
• Instruct and demonstrate properoperation and maintenance of machines to customers
• Coordinate machine upgrades, special options, and service requirements with customers
• Maintain clear communication until all quality and service issues are resolved
• Collaborate with internal teams and share knowledge with other field service staff

Requirements

• Minimum2 years of hands-on CNC troubleshooting and repair experience
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
• Proficiency with mechanical and electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Willingness to travel extensively (West Coast) and work independently
