- Stable hours:
Thursday – Monday, Second Shift - Tool allowance reimbursement up to $2,000
- Boot allowance up to $250

- Primary location:
Repair/maintenance shop, Montrose, CO hauling site
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment.
- Estimate time and material costs for vehicle repairs and new parts.
- Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs).
- Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns.
- Conduct safety checks on vehicles; prioritize safety for employees and the community.
- Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage and accounting for repair times.
- Assist senior mechanics in project work.
- Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA Standards and follow established safety procedures.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Over 18 years of age.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical.

- Determined problem solvers.
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, and climbing; constant standing, walking, and grasping; occasional sitting and balancing.
- Exposure to workplace risks such as cuts, burns, toxic chemicals.
- Exposure to physical environment: dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes.
- Work both indoors in garage/shop or outdoors in inclement weather, heat, and humidity.
