• Starting salary of $18–$25 per hour based on experience
• Stable hours:
  Thursday – Monday, Second Shift
• Tool allowance reimbursement up to $2,000

• Thursday – Monday, Second Shift
• Primary location:
  Repair/maintenance shop, Montrose, CO hauling site

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment.
• Estimate time and material costs for vehicle repairs and new parts.
• Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs).
• Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns.
• Conduct safety checks on vehicles; prioritize safety for employees and the community.
• Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage and accounting for repair times.
• Assist senior mechanics in project work.
• Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA Standards and follow established safety procedures.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical.

• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, and climbing; constant standing, walking, and grasping; occasional sitting and balancing.

• Work both indoors in garage/shop or outdoors in inclement weather, heat, and humidity.
