As Mechanic Tech III, you will work in conjunction with the Shop Manager to maintain and service mechanical equipment, machinery, and components. You will perform skilled repair services of mechanical, electrical, building systems and equipment, conduct periodic inspections to evaluate requests for repair, diagnose and repair problems found during inspections, and complete all work in a safe manner.

• Conduct inspections to evaluate mechanical issues.
• Identify parts needed for replacement.
• Disassemble broken or defective equipment for repair.
• Perform skilled repair service.
• Install or replace machinery, equipment, and new or replacement parts.
• Diagnose and repair issues of offsite service calls.
• Complete all work in a safe manner.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Approach each work assignment and client interaction in an energetic, enthusiastic manner and act with urgency.
• Gain proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job.
• Working knowledge of forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical, hydraulic, gas, liquid propane, and diesel engine forklifts.
• Excellent communication abilities—verbal and written.
• Physical exertion required, including walking, standing, stooping, bending, and lifting up to 90 pounds.
• Frequent exposure to the elements.

Compensation details: 30-40 hourly wage
