What We’re Looking For:- Proven experience in concrete flatwork
- Experience as a Form Setter and/or Rod Buster
- Ability to work as part of a crew and follow jobsite direction
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Dust Card - Rule 310 – Comprehensive - Required within the first 30 days of employment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Commercial concrete experience
- Ability to read basic plans or layouts
- Steady work with a growing company
