Crane Operator

Trillium Construction is seeking a qualified Crane Operator for a 6 week project in Phoenix, AZ with experience a Grove 150XL hydraulic crane.

The primary responsibility will be setting generators on-site, requiring precision, safety awareness, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Grove 150XL crane to lift, move, and position generators and other heavy equipment.

• Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance checks of crane.

• Work closely with rigging and ground crews to ensure safe and accurate lifts.

• Follow all OSHA, site-specific, and industry safety standards.

• Maintain accurate lift logs and documentation as needed.

Pay rate is $38/hour.

Schedule:

Mon-Sat, 60h+ / week.

Qualifications
-NCCCO Certification
-DOT Physical Card
-OSHA Certification
-Pre-screenings
-Proven experience operating a Grove 150XL or similar crane
-Valid CDL (preferred but not required depending on site needs)
-Strong understanding of rigging techniques and safety protocols
-Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
