We are seeking experienced and dependable industrial construction professionals to join our growing team in Phoenix. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a strong background in metal stud framing and ceiling panel installation who take pride in producing high-quality interior build-outs.

Note:
Only candidates with direct experience in industrial construction will be considered.

Key Requirements - Must-Have Skills:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial construction
• Proven experience in ceiling panel installation (required)
• Strong proficiency in metal stud framing, layout, and finishing
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints or plans
• Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environments
• Must be bilingual (English proficiency required)
• Able to work independently or as part of a small team
• Strong commitment to job site safety and craftsmanship

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform metal stud framing, layout, and installation according to specifications
• Install ceiling panels to meet industrial standards
• Assist with general labor tasks as needed on-site
• Maintain organized work areas and handle tools and materials responsibly
• Work efficiently in fast-paced, large-scale industrial construction settings

Safety First - Fall Protection Requirements:

• Must be able to wear and work in Personal Fall Arrest Systems (PFAS), including a full-body harness and lanyard.
• Physical weight limited to 190 pounds.
• Must inspect fall protection gear prior to every use.
