• Test electrical systems using appropriate tools to locate issues and monitor system safety.
• Document actions, testing results, observations, diagnosis, and steps taken for each job.
• Assess electrical situations and troubleshoot using testing devices, blueprints, and maps.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following company guidelines and OSHA safety requirements.
• Use ladders, scaffolding, and lifts to work on electrical systems in commercial properties.
• Maintain equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Maintain general housekeeping of work areas.
• Bend conduit from 1/2" to 4" as required.
• Utilize required tools and equipment for each specific task.

• 10+ years of experience in the electrical trade, with at least 4 years leading mission‑critical projects and teams.
• Develop construction schedules and continually monitor or adjust as needed.
• Provide installation direction or contribute to the installation and troubleshooting process.
• Coordinate manpower needs and lead cross‑functional communications.
• Coordinate or place material orders after competition price comparisons.
• Maintain compliance with company, state, and OSHA safety standards.
