Maintains, installs, and troubleshoots all aspects of electrical infrastructure. Operates, inspects, and maintains all electrical equipment and systems in assigned facilities to achieve efficient operating results and lifespan. Assures equipment is maintained energy‑efficiently and safely, reducing downtime.

• Demonstrate knowledge of electrical/instrumentation/control building equipment.
• Plan and layout work details for assembly, installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of electrical apparatus, control equipment, and wiring.
• Troubleshoot and correct faulty wiring or electrical difficulties in motors and other equipment.
• Diagnose, repair, maintain, upgrade and install all electrical/instrumentation equipment and systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematic drawings.
• Interact with clients and maintenance staff to determine the best approach to completion of assignments safely and compliantly.
• Safely use a variety of hand and shop power tools.
• Complete documentation by required deadlines in the CMMS in real time.
• Perform incidental work required to complete job assignments.
• Work with minimal supervision and proactively communicate with manager.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a safe, efficient, and clean operating condition.
• Strictly adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Assist in performing other duties, including work of other trades as required.

• Work in confined spaces such as closets, crawl spaces, attics, vaults.
• Work on roofs of buildings.
• Required on‑call duties 24 hours per day, including overtime.
• Lift up to 80 lbs.; work from heights; climb, bend, lift, kneel, stoop, and work overhead.
• Work in adverse conditions (extreme cold/hot).
• Drive for long periods.
• Climb ladder with 300 lb weight limit while carrying approximately 20 lbs. of tools.

• Valid state driver’s license.
• Electrician Journeyman’s license or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses to meet local requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of electrical trade school or training with 5+ years experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA, NEC, NFPA, local codes.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Physical ability to operate hand tools, work on ladders, lift heavy loads, operate equipment and motor vehicle.
• Willingness to participate in OEM training for electric vehicle chargers, infrared scanning, solar power systems, and certifications.
• Willingness and availability to travel within the United States up to 25% with notice.

• Knowledge of MEP system design.
• Experience managing work orders and using CMMS.
• Experience in a service‑related role for commercial and industrial facilities.
• Certifications in maintaining electric vehicle chargers, IR scans, solar power systems, and battery systems.
• Experience with team‑based planned electrical shutdown maintenance.
• Experience in critical environments such as data centers.
