PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITIONResponsible for the installation of concrete foundations and formed concrete walls.

- Study plans and sketches for type of material required such as lumber and concrete form systems.
- Hand-set forms and/or assemble gang forms.
- Shoot grades and elevations.
- Unload, handle, stockpile, and erect pre-fabricated materials.
- Concrete and rough carpentry.
- Hand Set Plywood Formed Walls.
- Install Plywood Footing Forms.
- Assemble and Set Symons Forms.
- Fabricate and Install Concrete Edge Form / Decking Blockouts / Hanging Sides.
- Assemble and Set Gang Wall Forms.
- Rig and Signal Crane and Forklift Operators.
- Install Form Scaffold.
- Climb Gang Form Walls and Climb Reinforcing Steel.
- Install Concrete Wall Embeds, Blockouts, Bulkheads.
- Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Ability to work within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
- Ability to picture solid objects from drawings or diagrams.
- Strong teamwork orientation.
- Positive attitude and professional customer service skills.

- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of ten years of experience as a carpenter.
- Trade or technical school certification/diploma is a plus.
