Filtrex Service Group is a nationwide company searching for skilled technicians to perform comprehensive preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment across various facilities. The role requires a self‑motivated, professional individual with broad understanding of smartphone technology for digital communication and documentation.

• Perform standard preventative maintenance tasks in accordance with manufacturers’ standards, including filter changes and minor equipment adjustments (belt replacement/adjustment, coil cleaning, evaporator and condensing coil cleaning, ice machine cleaning, condensate pan treatment).
• Conduct visual and auditory inspections to assess proper function and identify, evaluate, and recommend preventive actions to minimize equipment failures and downtime.
• Complete preventive maintenance forms on a mobile app, capturing photos and documenting work as performed.
• Travel approximately three weeks per month, working six days a week with one full week off rtime up to 20 hours per week may be required.
• Perform duties in diverse conditions: mechanical equipment rooms, noisy environments, extreme weather, precarious areas, wet or damp environments, dim lighting, and varying heights. Lifting up to 10 lbs frequently and occasionally 50‑100 lbs.
• Pass a background check.

Technicians travel for roughly three weeks each month, working six days per week with one full week off. The role involves exposure to noisy equipment, extreme weather, and potentially hazardous environments. Physical tasks include walking, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and handling equipment up to 10 lbs routinely and 50‑100 lbs occasionally.

• Minimum 1 year of HVAC experience.
• Ice machine experience preferred.
• 3‑year clean driving record.
• EPA license preferred.
• OSHA 10 license preferred.
• Technologically savvy.
