Electrical Foreman

Power Design, Inc. seeks a dynamic Electrical Foreman to lead project teams in delivering high‑quality, safe electrical work across multi‑trade construction sites. The foreman will play a key role in ensuring project success, driving customer satisfaction, and leveraging innovative technology.

Foremen at Power Design have access to cutting‑edge tools such as company‑provided iPads and smartphones, and participate in customized training at our headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the project superintendent and other trades to oversee the assigned scope, managing material and manpower.
• Enforce and promote high‑quality, safety standards.
• Utilize company‑provided technology (iPad, smartphone) to keep the job on schedule and exceed customer expectations.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on the designated scope.

Qualifications

• Progressive electrical leaders who embrace technology and desire a clear career path.
• Field supervisor with at least five (5) years of experience managing scope and running multimillion‑dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• Active journeyman or master electrician license.
• Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and construction safety requirements.
• Basic computer and writing skills.
