Journeyman Electrician

Overview

Jet Industries is seeking a talented Journeyman Electrician to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. You will be responsible for the installation of electrical distribution equipment, services, and panels. You will also troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, lighting, and devices. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive wages based on experience.

• Installation of electrical distribution equipment, services, and panels
• Installation of in-ground conduits
• Installation of lighting and lighting control systems
• Installations of wiring, including but not limited to NMB, MC, single conductor cable, and conduit (EMT, PVC, and rigid) systems
• Installation of low-voltage systems
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, lighting, and devices
• Read complex blueprints, piping, sketches, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Operates a variety of equipment, such as hand tools and diagnostic hardware
• Operates various measuring, diagnostic, and testing instruments
• Install or repair electrical connections to HVAC components

• 3 years of experience in commercial/multi-family new construction
• Basic Proficiency in English required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of English for safety purposes and to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on-site effectively. The ability to follow instructions and engage with the team is essential for success in this role.
