Security Officer - Unarmed Rover Rounds

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site management and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor access points and key areas, verify authorization when required, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or maintenance issues observed during patrols.;
Complete detailed reports and logs of patrol activity, incidents, and/or unusual observations, and communicate pertinent information during shift handoff.
