Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Tactical Security Officer – Guard Card Required. This role is located in Phoenix, Arizona.

• Site location:
  Phoenix, Arizona
• Set schedule:
  Monday – Friday 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM (Full Time, 42 hours per week)
• Competitive hourly wage: $20.00 per hour

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
• Control access to secure areas and verify IDs of visitors.
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement on serious situations or emergencies.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Active Arizona Security License (Required).
• Security experience;
  Military, Law Enforcement or Corrections experience – strongly preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Successfully pass an extensive screening process.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Good eyesight and excellent focus abilities.
• Strong proficiency with technology.
