OverviewOUR COMPANY: Our Company is a SALES LEADER in the outdoor, hunting/shooting sports industry. We are a manufacturers' rep agency for several big name brands within the hunting and shooting sports industry. We handle B2B sales for quality manufacturers of modern sporting rifles and accessories, build relationships with big box and independent accounts and maximize sales for our manufacturers.
THE OUTSIDE SALES REP POSITION: We are currently looking for an Outside Sales Rep in the Southwestern United States. Our Outside Sales Rep is responsible for managing our relationships and sales of established accounts (and also build relationships with new accounts!) in the Southwest territory. You will be responsible for showcasing new products, analyzing sales and sell-through metrics, develop sales promotions and strategies as well as product sales training for dealer accounts.
In addition, you will provide exceptional customer service to our dealer accounts; answering their questions and problem solving when issues arise.
- Sales and dealer support for the Southwest territory
- Attend outdoor, hunting and shooting sport shows
- Forecasting and sales analysis
- Order tracking and order maintenance
- Monitor inventory levels
- Prepare advertising/marketing plans
- REQUIRED; currently reside in Phoenix, AZ or surrounding area
- PREFERRED; Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge of hunting and shooting sports
- Ability to travel to call on accounts in territory
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working in a team environment
- Excellent data management and analytical skill accuracy
