Outbound Call Center Sales Representative

Allstar is hiring motivated, driven individuals to join our outbound call center sales team in Phoenix, AZ. If you're confident on the phone, goal‑oriented, and excited by uncapped earning potential, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do:- Make outbound sales calls using provided leads
- Engage and qualify prospects using proven scripts
- Set appointments and close opportunities
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales goals
- Accurately document call activity
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Competitive, self‑motivated mindset
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment
- Sales or call center experience preferred, not required
- Competitive base pay + uncapped commission
