• Sell the full portfolio of HVAC service products and solutions, including service agreements and repairs
• Create and maintain sales territory and account plans
• Present at customer seminars to foster new and existing relationships
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and opportunity pipelines
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and achieve sales metrics and annual targets

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC sales experience
• Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work on roofs/platforms
• Strong ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
• Effective presentation and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft-based computer software
• Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills with strong time management
• Experience in selling service agreements to end users
• Ability to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
