Job DescriptionThis Wealth Manager role offers a structured career path with a three-month training program before engaging in client-facing activities. Candidates will learn a consultative sales approach, obtain licensing if needed, and develop a book of business while delivering high-quality financial presentations.
Key Responsibilities- Complete a formal 3-month advisor training program
- Learn and apply the firm’s consultative sales methodology
- Obtain Series 65 license if not currently held
- Build and expand a portfolio of clients
- Conduct polished presentations, including group seminars and dinners
- Generate new assets consistently, with growth expectations of $2M+ per month when fully ramped
- Leverage internal marketing and AI-enabled lead tools
- Manage client relationships using CRM and portfolio management platforms (Salesforce, Orion, Wealthscape)
- Maintain a disciplined daily routine to drive consistent prospecting and client follow-up
- 10+ years professional experience in insurance, financial services, fundraising, or consultative sales
- Polished, professional presence with strong public speaking skills
- Demonstrated ability to generate revenue through presentations
- High level of discipline and structured daily habits
- Ability to quickly build trust and establish high-level connections
- Series 65 license or willingness to obtain during training
- Experience using Salesforce, Orion, or Wealthscape
- Experience in growth-focused, team-oriented environments
