Icon Power is a leading provider of solar solutions, helping homeowners and businesses harness clean energy while saving money. We are expanding our sales team in Phoenix and are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Setter to help grow our appointment pipeline!

As an Inside Sales Setter, your primary responsibility will be setting qualified appointments for our solar sales team. You will be provided warm, inbound leads and will be the first point of contact for potential customers. This is a critical role in building Icon Power’s customer base!

• Contact potential customers via phone, email, and other approved channels to set appointments for solar consultations
• Qualify leads to ensure alignment with company standards
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of appointments
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets

• Proven experience in appointment setting or inside sales, preferably in solar or related industries
• Door-to-door sales experience is welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Must be able to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ

• 1099 Contractor status
• Competitive base salary plus commission on appointments set
